The Vocal Program is designed for aspiring solo or choral singers who want to improve their skills in a variety of vocal styles ranging from opera and oratorio to art song, Broadway Musical Theater or Jazz.
Faculty artist Ira Spaulding will explore new genres appropriate to your voice.
Students may participate in the following activities:
Private lessons in a group setting
Healthy Singing – group technique class
Masterclasses in interpretation and style
Vocal ensembles
Vocal chamber music and art songs with piano
Guided listening of great classical, musical theater and jazz vocalists
