For students 16+ who have would like to explore the world of improvised music and styles such as jazz and blues. This is a half-day afternoon program led by Derek Beckvold and includes small and large ensemble playing, improvisation, jazz and blues theory and guided listening to the woodwind repertoire. Open to any instrument. Admission by live or video audition only.
